For domestic or industrial use, Arcos brings a spectacular Niza Series 110 mm cutlery knife set. Each of the pieces has been made by hands that know in Albacete, Spain. Arcos is characterised by manufacturing utensils that combine the best tradition with new technologies in kitchen utensils.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This vegetable knife set is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The knives is a solid and light piece thanks to the union of the handle with the blade by direct injection.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle of the knives and sharpeners is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polypropylene (PP) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
