- USER FRIENDLY & PRECISE: Red Line slicers are equipped with a built-in system that allows the gauge meat table to open to 0.47 in. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimeters. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness (especially the thinnest and most common) with the highest repeatability.
- BUILT-IN SHARPENER: Each Red Line slicer comes with a built-in blade sharpener that uses a dual-motion system for precise sharpening and trimming. Simply lift and rotate the sharpener, which is already set at a fixed angle to ensure optimal sharpness without any additional adjustments.
- SAFETY FEATURES: Aluminum product press holder with disarmed position to prevent accidental release. The complete closure of the gauge plate for maximum safety during cleaning. CE Block to prevent its opening when the plate is out of place. Automatic shutdown of the machine in case of power failure.
- CLEANING & HYGIENE: A professional food plate with a quick detachable system and casting made out of a single mold with absence of gaps, all for a fast and easy machine cleaning. Additional removable parts include the blade guard disk and slice guard deflector.
