- I am proudly roasting here in the United States the coffee that is produced on my family's farm in Brazil, in the city of Serra Negra. The farm is a very special and magical place for my whole family, that's where my 3 daughters spent almost every weekend when they were little, that's where my wife and I got married, and that's where the whole family gathered, especially when we returned to Brazil to visit them.
- In addition to being a wonderful place, the Farm produces very high quality coffee, which annually wins awards in recognition of purity and quality, in addition to being one of the few certified with the Rainforest seal that certifies good practices in the cultivation of crops and in the management of activities of the farm, including with respect to employees.
- I believe it is very important to deliver you a quality product at a fair price, and above that it is important to certify and demonstrate that the practices applied in the farm's cultivation are comparable to those in force in the strictest cultivation standards.

First, we only grow Arabica beans, which are known for its amazing flavor and aroma, second, through years of developing the farm and its planting process we were able to consistently have harvest coffee beans that are high-grade and considered specialty coffee because of the quality of the coffee beans when brewed.
