This jar is part of the iconic Fido Color Lid collection, which includes several sizes perfect for storing and serving food. It is also ideal for all the other uses we know for the Fido line: contain preserves and dry food, furnish the house, contain small items and make an original gift. Suitable for domestic vacuum storage through pasteurization and for double boiler cooking. The pots are not suitable for pot-cooking in microwave. Some formats, especially large ones, are ideal also for fermentation while the small capacities are suitable for serving and storing original desserts and finger food. It is recommended to remove the metal ring and gasket before putting the jars in the dishwasher and microwave. Wash the seal by hand without detergents.
