These Type 30 CO2 Cylinder valves have a tapered thread and work with most cro-molly alloy steel cylinders and many other steel cylinder types such as fire extinguishers.
Most aluminium cylinders use parralell thread so this would not be suitable for many of these cylinder types.
This cylinder valve has been designed and manfuactured to Australia standards Type 30.
The cylinder also includes a 3000psi safety burst disk and also a RPV (residual pressure valve).
