Guardian HTL horizontal lifelines accommodate up to two workers in fall arrest or fall restraint. HTLs come fully assembled and ready to use with tensioner, 2 O-Rings, 2 Cross Arm anchor straps and a durable nylon carry/storage bag. For personal fall arrest, restraint applications.
