With the same lightweight construction as the regular K-Lite pad, the K-Lite Zip has the added benefit of a zipper for easy on and off access. This helps if we've laced up our shoes but forgot to throw on our knee pads first, but also gives us the option of taking them off for long and sweaty climbs, with an easy-on at the top when we're ready to drop in on the descent.
