Our new advance technology can greatly increase the safety of the machine. The first lock is designed between the base and the product tray. The adjustable numeric nob is locked when the product tray is being removed for cleaning; the design aims to prevent injury during cleaning process. The second lock is designed on the sharpening attachment. Our KWS MS-12S meat slicer will automatically stop running once the machine detects the sharpening attachment is taken away. The third lock is designed on the belt wheel behind the blade. Our KWS MS-12S meat slicer will stop running once it detects the blade guard disc is loosen. MS-12S 12" also features 420 watts of motor power for commercial applications, it is perfect for slicing meats(recommended), vegetables, cheeses and fruits smoothly, quickly and effortlessly up to .6" thick (0-15mm) with the numerical scale knob. MS-12S 12" also provides a built-in dual whetstones sharpener and ring guard assembly for the blade, which is more convenient to keep a razor sharp edge on the blade, and safer to use. The slicer's blade of KitchenWare Station MS-12S 12" is constructed of high quality 304 stainless steel; and the body of MS-12S 12" is made of anodized aluminum which are more durable and less likely to corrode.
