The coating, like all Lagostina non-stick products, is safe thanks to the absence of PFOA, cadmium and lead, and is easy to clean. Distinguished by the elegant red body, Cucina Mediterranea is equipped with a non-deformable base in stainless steel and aluminium that allows a perfect diffusion of heat on all heat sources, including induction.
