The snap-front jacket gets its ability to resist arc hazards from the Nomex thread used to sew the jacket. The MAGID 1530RF jacket meets the following standards: NFPA 70E HRC 2 (10.0 cal/cm²) , ASTM F1506-02A, and ASTM F1959M/F1959M-99. This green jacket is made of 9 oz/yd² 100% cotton sateen fabric and features one inside upper left patch pocket for convenience. Concealed front and wrist snap closures make it easy to secure the jacket without allowing heat or flame intrusion. The wide mandarin collar extends around the neck for added protection.
