Warm your roaster oven to 400F. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together apple juice, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon until the sugar dissolves, about 2-3 minutes. Arrange pear halves, skin side down, in the roaster oven. Pour the apple juice mixture over the pears, then sprinkle pecan pieces on top. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes. Stir the sauce in the roaster pan and serve it over the pears, accompanied by vanilla ice cream. Drizzle honey on top if you wish.
- Preheat Roaster Oven to 400F
- Simmer Apple Juice, Brown Sugar, Butter, and Cinnamon
- Arrange Pears, Pour Mixture, Sprinkle Pecans
- Cook Covered for 25-30 Minutes
- Mix Sauce, Serve with Ice Cream, Drizzle Honey
