Mash Bill: Primarily 95% rye and 5% malted barley from Indiana, blended with additional rye whiskeys containing higher barley content from Kentucky and Tennessee.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep golden amber

Nose: Stewed apples, ripe peaches, and sweet pears layered with baking spices like clove and nutmeg, with hints of mint and licorice adding depth.

Palate: Intense spice hits up front with aniseed, cardamom, and coriander, followed by bright citrus tones of lemon peel and tangerine. As it opens, notes of green apple and spearmint emerge, delivering a full, rounded experience.

Finish: Star anise, white pepper, and mint glide into a honeyed jasmine green tea finish.
